Welcome to the Xpanse Publishing’s Journalism site.  Xpanse Publishing Company is the home of two journals with stories for view and use.  Xpanse Magazine and LA Independent Magazine. 

Xpanse Magazine is an online environmental and sustainable living publication that focuses on international environmental issues.  Here at Xpanse Magazine we encourage our viewers to read our stories or use them for their own publications or Web zines.  We are also happy to take stories submissions from journalists around the world in their own language.  We welcome journalists to submit English translations of their stories or we are happy to have the stories translated in English ourselves for our audience.

LA Independent Magazine is an online alternative information magazine for the greater Los Angeles, California area and beyond.  We run information on a plethora of ideas and events coming out of Southern California in an effort to create a more informed community than what mainstream media puts out.  We are happy to run local stories in any language to keep our publication as culturally differs as the people and communities, which live in this vast city and surrounding areas.

To Editors: We ask that if you are planning on using any of our stories for your own publications or Web zines to let us know by contacting us at info@xpanse.biz and please be sure you give byline and photo credit any story used off our site.  We do not charge for use of our stories, but do want to be sure that proper credit is given and that we are able to notify our writers that their stories are being used by other publications.

Independent Writers and Journalists: who wish to submit stories to our publication should contact our Editor-In-Chief at sfreedman@xpanse.biz.  Please be sure to provide details on the story you would be submitting, your correct name and email contact for your byline and any art or suggestions for art for any story you may have with appropriate photo credit provided.  You will be notified if we plan to use your story and when.  Once used, it will remain archived on our site.
